CenterPoint Properties manages roughly 59 million square feet of real estate and ranks among the leading industrial real estate firms in the U.S. The work centered on global site plans - refreshing the brand and building microsites for newly acquired properties, at a scale where "redesign" meant touching 350 individual properties, not one flagship site.
The work started small and deliberate: a microsite for a single newly acquired property, built on CenterPoint.com as the base platform, using JavaScript and GSAP to animate custom SVG illustrations. That pattern then scaled into the full 350-property redesign, anchored by an interactive PDF that let users switch between site-plan layers - with or without an aerial view - depending on what they needed to see. The entire 350-property redesign shipped in two months.

Web-user visit sessions increased 10% following launch, and the refreshed brand held together consistently across print and digital for the first time in years. CenterPoint has stayed a client for more than a decade - the kind of relationship that outlasts any single redesign.
